What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, over the Internet.
We also accept payments via Pay Pal where you may use your credit card or PayPal balance.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Do you ship internationally?
Some uk areas and all E.U areas carry a surcharge, all other places carry a surcharge on shipping where will will email the price over to you via a view paypal invoice, usually it is a extra £9.99 depending on the weight of the order.
How are shipping charges calculated?
We provide all our goods on a FREE delivery service, most of which is a 24H courier service. Orders sent via Royal mail second class parcel can take and average of 4-6 working days.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of payment being received.
If your order is over £10.00 going to England, Wales or the Scottish Lowlands this will be sent via FREE next working day couier.

We aim to ship all orders within one working day
If your item is on backorder we will inform you as soon as possible, you will have the option to cancel the order or wait untill stock is replenished.
Are all your products always in stock?
All of our products are in stock unless stated otherwise in the product description, if an item goes onto backorder due to supplier issues we will contact you as soon as possible to advise an expected delivery date and ask if you would still like to go ahead with the order.
I need to track my delivery?
Please allow 1 working day for dispatch, we are unable to supply tracking for items sent via Royal Mail 2nd class, please allow 3/5 working days.
If your item has been sent via courier please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, your email will be answered within 1 working day with the relevant tracking information.
I am unable to contact you via phone?
Please note our opening hours Monday - Friday 9am-5pm closed Bank holidays.

My order has not been received and gone past the expected delivery date?
We apologise for any late deliveries however there could be a number of issues causing such delays, if you send an email to our customer service team we will be able to advise you of the circumstances that is causing the delay. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID-19 we please ask for your patience and understanding as deliveries may be delayed.
